Rictor's Creativity CY-X4 (launched as the X4 at CES 2026) is a single-seat multirotor eVTOL pod with four arms and eight coaxial 63-inch folding propellers. Rictor lists a top speed of 80 km/h, up to 20 min flight time and a 100 kg max payload. It uses a semi-solid-state dual-battery pack and carries an emergency parachute. Rictor claims it meets FAA Part 103 ultralight rules, so it could be flown in the US without a pilot's license; it is not type-certified. Rictor announced a $39,900 launch price with a $5,000 deposit and a Q2 2026 delivery target, but rictor.com currently lists no price and takes no orders. Range and first flight are not published.
