TCab Tech

E20

Vectored thrust; six rotors (4 tilt + 2 lift)

TCab Tech's E20 (TCab means "time taxi") is a fully electric tilt-rotor eVTOL for one pilot and four passengers. TCab lists a 450 kg payload, 200 km maximum range and 320 km/h maximum speed, plus 800 V charging from 20% to 85% in 20 minutes. It has six rotors: four tilt and two lift rotors lock in cruise. They are driven by Safran ENGINeUS 100 motors, which EASA type-certified in January 2025. Redundancy includes four flight control computers, four battery packs and ten control surfaces. TCab announced the uncrewed first flight at Hengdian on 26 Oct 2023, a first manned flight on 17 Oct 2025 and completed transition tests on 3 Dec 2025. The first CAAC Type Certificate Team meeting was held on 10 Dec 2024. TCab aims for a type certificate and first deliveries in 2027; a 2025 certification target set in 2022 slipped. MTOW, empty weight and battery kWh are not published. Memoranda and orders are intent, not deliveries. Not for private sale.
